Patients wait while operators go looking for the answer
To answer one question, the operator flips through files and papers on the desk, checks with a colleague, calls the doctor, opens the website, or messages marketing to confirm a promotion. The patient waits through all of it.
With MedBook, the answer is already there. Operators find it in seconds and sound confident from the first question.
The cause
Three sources of truth, none of them complete
The website carries last year prices. The contact centre works from a spreadsheet. The doctors know procedures that appear nowhere in the marketing.
The cause is not staff performance. No system owns the service list, so every update reaches one channel and misses the other two.
We put the service list in one place and serve it to everyone who sells.
What it is
A knowledge base and service card platform for doctors, services and promotions
MedBook keeps one service list for doctors, the contact centre and marketing, and turns that information into something that sells.
Doctors
Each doctor confirms the description of their own procedures, so the clinic publishes accurate clinical wording.
The contact centre
Operators answer with the current price, the current promotion and the right doctor, without asking a colleague.
Marketing
Marketing updates a promotion once, and it is live for the contact centre and management at the same time, no separate messages to send.
How it looks
Four screens the clinic works in every day
Service card. One card per service: indications, duration, price band, doctors who perform it and the answers to the three questions patients ask most. Doctor profile. Specialties, procedures performed, languages, schedule and the profile text the website and the call centre both use. Promotion card. One card per promotion: inclusions, doctors, branches, promotion price against the standard price, plus the operator script staff quote word for word. Call centre view. The operator works from one large search bar that shows date and time. Search tolerates typos and partial terms, so a service name, a doctor name or a promotion is found in a few keystrokes. Notes and booking sit in the same screen.
Who it suits
Clinics past the point where one person remembers everything
- Clinics with 5 or more doctors, where no single person holds the full service list
- Clinics with 20 or more services, especially aesthetics, dentistry and multi-specialty
- Clinics with 2 or more locations that must quote the same prices
- Clinics running promotions monthly, where wording changes faster than staff learn it
Who built it
Grigorii Chigrinets, Co-Founder and AI Solutions Director

Grigorii designed MedBook after auditing clinics where management, marketing, doctors and the contact centre describe a service differently.
Working as a mystery patient from the first website visit and call through to discharge, he asked five people at the same clinic how one procedure works, what it costs, who performs it and who it is for.
I asked five people the same question and got five different answers.Read the full profile
Payment model
Setup once, then a monthly licence
Setup
AED 14,000
We import the full service and doctor list from the clinic's CRM, website and social media. We build the doctor, service and promotion cards, configure the search panel, and train the contact centre on daily use. Setup takes 21 days from data handover. Price applies to clinics with up to 60 cards, larger catalogues are quoted separately.
Monthly licence
AED 4,500
Covers platform access, hosting, and the search panel for up to 15 doctors and one location. Includes unlimited operator logins and platform updates. Additional doctors and locations are priced per unit.
Content maintenance
from AED 3,000
Optional. We add new cards and update prices and promotion wording as the clinic's offering changes, so the contact centre always works from current information.
The licence runs month to month with 30 days notice. The clinic keeps its own content on exit.
See MedBook on your own service list
We run a 30 minute demo using 5 of your services, or we start with the diagnostic and show you where the scattered information costs bookings.
Questions
What clinic owners ask about MedBook
- MedBook is a knowledge base and service card platform. It holds doctors, services and promotions in one place, and it serves that record to management, marketing and the contact centre.
- The CRM stores patients and appointments. MedBook stores what the clinic sells and how staff describe it, then it keeps that description consistent everywhere.
- Three weeks. Two weeks to build the cards with your doctors and marketers, one week to train the contact centre and management and confirm the wording.
- The clinic can maintain it, or we do it under the content maintenance option.
- MedBook holds service and doctor information, not patient records. Access is role based and we work under a signed data agreement.
