Clinic projects stall on vague scope

Undefined deliverables create disputes in month two. We write the scope, the timelines and the payment terms before we start.

We invoice monthly, with payment due in 7 days. Version dated 1 August 2026.

Who these terms bind

These terms govern the services Branday Medical Marketing FZ-LLC, licence 47024835, provides to clinics and healthcare brands.

They apply from the moment you accept a proposal in writing, including acceptance by email.

How a project starts

Every engagement starts with the free marketing diagnostic. We use it to define the scope before either side commits to a budget.

We then send a proposal that states the deliverables, the timeline, the price and the input we need from your team.

Work starts after you accept the proposal and, on paid engagements, after the first payment reaches our account.

Scope and changes

We deliver what the accepted proposal lists. Anything outside that list counts as a change request.

We price change requests separately and we confirm the new timeline before we start the extra work.

We include two rounds of revision on each written deliverable. Further rounds are billed at our hourly rate.

What we need from the clinic

We need one decision maker on your side, access to the accounts we work in, and answers within 5 working days.

Delayed access or delayed feedback moves the delivery date by the same number of working days.

You confirm that the medical claims, licences and doctor credentials you give us are accurate and approved by your own compliance function.

Payment

Fixed price projects run on 50 percent in advance and 50 percent on delivery. Retainer services are invoiced monthly in advance.

Invoices are due within 7 days. We state prices in AED, and VAT applies where UAE law requires it.

We may pause work on invoices unpaid for more than 14 days. We resume within 2 working days of payment.

Third party costs such as advertising budgets, hosting and licences sit outside our fees and you pay them directly.

Results and what we do not promise

We commit to the method, the deliverables and the timeline. We do not guarantee a specific number of bookings, leads or revenue.

Patient volume depends on clinical capacity, pricing, doctor availability and market demand, and those sit under your control.

We report on the metrics agreed in the proposal, and we state clearly when a channel underperforms.

Regulatory compliance

Healthcare advertising in Dubai follows Dubai Health Authority rules. We build campaigns to those rules and we flag claims that need approval.

You hold the licence and the final responsibility for approving published medical claims.

Confidentiality and ownership

We keep your commercial data confidential during the engagement and for 3 years after it ends.

You own the strategies, documents, creative assets and campaign accounts we produce for you, once the final invoice is paid.

We keep ownership of our methodology, our templates and our products, including MedBook and our speech analytics system.

We name you as a client or publish results only with your written permission.

Ending the engagement

Either side may end a retainer with 30 days written notice. We hand over accounts, files and documentation within those 30 days.

Fixed price projects may be stopped in writing. You pay for the stages completed at that point.

Liability

Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We are not liable for lost profit, lost patient revenue or reputational loss.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai hold jurisdiction.
